Timely Events is a non-traditional special events firm. We design services based on the needs of each client. Every client is different and consequently we guarantee that your special event will be just as unique as you.

Timely Events lends a helping hand in the midst of the challenges and stress often associated with special event planning. Due to hectic schedules and other factors, most people do not have adequate time to devote to the preparation of planning special event! Whether you are overextended or simply looking for organizational assistance, our staff can help alleviate stress and lessen strains by taking on every responsibility associated with the upcoming event.

Timely Events is available to plan functions, parties, weddings, showers and cocktail parties around the world. We coordinate travel domestically and internationally. We offer extremely competitive rates that are often unmatched in the standard travel market.

Timely Events Services

Timely Events offers two primary services special event planning and travel accommodations. Both services are offered separately or can be incorporated into various packages. We are excited to create an individualized package to accommodate your specific needs. Prior to creating a service agreement, we will need to conduct a preliminary consultation to gain a greater understanding of the event, expectations and a budget to work with.

The specific services you can chose from include:

• Venue and location selection
• Selection of caterer, florist, photographer, disc jockey, musicians, videographer, printer, seamstress & clergy
• Menu, music and floral specifications.
• Creation of party favors and give-aways.
• Table set up, center pieces & place cards
• Invitations and other printing needs
• Program development
• Travel and hotel accommodations

These services are available for any type of event ranging from small family gatherings to large corporate events. Once you have identified the specific services you are interested in, we will create a few options for you to choose from. While we are committed to giving each client the best price available, please keep in mind that prices are based on demand, time of year, and number of guests as well as the required amount of time for our consultants.
